Ayeyarwaddy International School is located in the SE corner of Mandalay. The school is surrounded by fields, and the site offers picturesque views of the Shan Mountains. Our main building consists of 50 classrooms as well as various administrative offices, a well-equipped science lab, two ICT rooms with 30 desktop computers each, and dedicated spaces for our PE, Art, and Music programs. Each classroom has a SMART Board and projector, making us the leader in technology integration for the region. In addition to the main building, Ayeyarwaddy International School has a spacious cafeteria and a gymnasium/assembly hall. At the rear of the school property, we have a large, natural grass football field, a swimming pool, and an apartment complex for our foreign faculty. We are currently in the process of building a new preschool building and additional teacher housing in the one undeveloped part of our 4.5-acre campus. This new building will be ready for use by the start of the 2018/19 school year.
